This is Craig Robinson's first artist / illustration / fairy tale book from the popular art series FUN FUN FUN first created online in 2000. A fun all-ages book including 20 double-page illustrations from Flip Flop Flyin' and 10 new spreads of 30 suggested ways to have fun which includes organizing your CD's in spectrum order, dancing on the ceiling, hanging out with flamingos, and photocopying your head.
Craig Robinson is an illustrator, designer, and animator based in Berlin. Introduced to his very first computer in 1998, his website Flip Flop Flyin' (www.flipflopflyin.com) created on his iMac sparked a cult following of over 7,000 visitors a day. He continues to do creative freelance work in computer design and animation.
Aside from his first solo exhibition, "Everybody's Dogs," a collection of prints, in Sapporo, Japan in 2003, Robinson has produced work for Swatch, Colette, Levi's, MTV Germany, Face magazine, and has invented Minipops, a celebrated collection of 800+ tiny pixelated portraits of musicians and celebrities 'from ABBA to Zappa,' a book which sold out in 2 days in the distinguished Colette, Paris. He has created pop videos for the Italian indie band, Giardini di Miro, and for Chinese pop star David Tao, a video which won the Type Director's Club Japan in 2004.
